UI UX Developer

As a Senior UX/UI Designer with Client-Facing Experience, you will be responsible for designing a comprehensive portal for onboarding and offboarding employees. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing user-centric interfaces for the employee onboarding and offboarding portal. - Collaborating with clients to understand requirements, present concepts, and guide the design process. - Delivering a high-quality, user-friendly portal within the project timeframe. - Presenting a strong portfolio of previous UX/UI work. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design. - Proven ability to interact with clients and lead design discussions. - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. - Excellent communication skills. - Experience with remote work and proficiency in virtual collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams. This short-term engagement will last for 6-8 weeks, requiring 100-120 hours of work. It is a fully remote position with flexible working hours, primarily attending client meetings via Teams.
