Job Overview

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating meaningful user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing UI for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure consistency of design systems, typography, colors, and components across projects.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from clients, users, and the internal team.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Deliver high-quality designs within timelines while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first approach, and accessibility standards.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Good knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
