Job Overview We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating meaningful user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements. Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes. Design intuitive and visually appealing UI for web and mobile applications. Ensure consistency of design systems, typography, colors, and components across projects. Iterate designs based on feedback from clients, users, and the internal team. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Deliver high-quality designs within timelines while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first approach, and accessibility standards. Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects. Good knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
