UI UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, your role is to envision how users experience products and bring that vision to life in a way that is inspired, refined, and magical. You will collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers to create intuitive and accessible designs that surprise and delight users. Responsibilities: - Translate requirements into engaging interactive experiences - Partner with product teams to create personas, user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs - Elevate product design by bringing UX/UI experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Design new patterns and standards - Use customer empathy, research, and design principles to guide decisions - Champion user-centric design and design thinking Qualifications: - Proven track record of creating exceptional experiences - Experience in design systems and simplifying complexity - Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design - Project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize - Attention to detail and commitment to excellence - Portfolio showcasing design work, process, and outcomes - Degree in Design, HCI, or related field - 3+ years of experience in UX/UI, mobile design, interaction design, and visual design - End-to-end product design experience - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Principle, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent self-management skills - Previous startup or in-house creative team experience is a plus Additional Information: - Skills required: User Interface (UI) Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Prototyping, Illustration, Adobe XD,
