UI UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and enhancing our design initiatives. Your strategic thinking, attention to detail, and strong design aesthetic will be key in guiding projects from concept to execution while aligning with our brand and business goals. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design process from ideation to final execution across digital and print media. - Develop and maintain brand guidelines for consistency across all platforms. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create engaging visuals. - Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering their growth. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. - Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. **Managing People:** - Be a Design master, Magnificent mediator, Highly skilled multitasker. - Collaborate with business and LOS Leader to understand client requirements. - Serve as an inspiring role model for all members of the Design team. - Work closely with Art Directors, Marketing LOS Leader, and other stakeholders. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Experience: 5+ years of professional design experience. - Education: Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or other design tools. - Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated high-quality design work across various platforms. - Conceptual Thinking: Ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions. - Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Attention to Detail: Strong eye for typography, color, layout, and brand consistency. - Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with design systems. - Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design tools. - Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) for collaboration with developers.
