About the role

UI UX Designer

Youll work closely with a team of skilled and experienced engineers to tackle challenges that are unique and complex, problems that call for clear thinking and original solutions.

There will be times when things arent fully clear, and you might feel a sense of uncertainty about what needs to be done. These are the moments where your input matters most, where we look to you to shape the design direction and bring original, opinionated thinking to the problem at hand.

What will you do?

• Contribute to the design process

  from gathering requirements to delivering visual specs and overseeing implementation.

• Set the creative standard

  for design projects as they evolve.

• Create and refine

  flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, including strategic presentations and decks.

• Work closely with engineers and other partners

  to ensure quality implementation.

• Craft exceptional work, inspire your peers, and help shape a strong design culture

  within the company.

• Report to your manager in a responsible and proactive manner

  , demonstrating professionalism and alignment with company culture.

About you

• 2+ years

  of experience in

  product design

• Strong visual, verbal, UI, and interaction design skills.
• Well-rounded experience in designing interactive products.
• Passion for creating delightful designs that make users happy.
• Experience with animation and vector drawing is a plus.

Evaluation process

The evaluation process starts with a short phone conversation.

After that, the candidate will be required to take both a design and writing test, which will be

shared with them after the phone screen.

This will be followed by 1-3 interviews, over Google Meet. We will require candidates to be alone,

in a quiet place (with no background noise). They must also have a fast & reliable internet

connection. They will be required to take the call on a laptop with a camera, and have their test

design ready for perusal. We recommend using Google Chrome to join the call, and strongly urge

candidates to use headphones/earphones.

Please note that the evaluation process may take up to 6 hours.
