As a UI/UX Designer at Team Granth, you will play a crucial role in turning our software into user-friendly products for our clients. Your creative ideas and designs will help us address our clients" needs and expand our customer base. **Responsibilities:** - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. - Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. - Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets. - Build page navigation buttons and search fields. - Develop UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate site functionality and appearance. - Create original graphic designs including images, sketches, and tables. - Present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders for feedback. - Identify and resolve UX problems to improve responsiveness. - Make layout adjustments based on user feedback. - Ensure adherence to style standards for fonts, colors, and images.
