Responsibilities will include:- Functional Expertise: Lead the design of campaign creatives, performance-driven graphics, product visuals, and all other design needs, ensuring they align with brand guidelines. Keep up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas into creative strategies. Support internal stakeholders to ensure the brand identity is consistently represented across all marketing communications, including digital and offline channels. Provide guidance in the creation of content, including graphics, videos, animations, and copy that engage and inspire the target audience. Test graphics across various media and ensure they are optimized for integration, performance, usability, and sustainability. Work closely with copywriters, motion designers, brand managers, and other internal teams to produce high-quality, on-brand design solutions and successfully launch projects. Problem Solving: Take the lead in breaking away from established visual paths, pushing creative boundaries, and finding innovative ways to tell the BharatPe story through design. Continuously test and iterate on graphic designs, ensuring that they are optimized for both visual impact and functionality across different channels and devices. Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing creative direction and ensuring high standards of design are met across all projects. Collaborate with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to craft and execute design strategies that elevate brand presence across various marketing channels. Oversee and streamline the design process, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand guidelines. Interaction: Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, sharing innovative ideas and design perspectives clearly and effectively with team members to shape and refine creative strategies.
