UI/UX Designer (Fresher)

As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with the product development team to craft intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences on various platforms. - Gather and assess user requirements in conjunction with product managers and engineers - Visualize design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps - Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets - Construct page navigation buttons and search fields - Create UI mock-ups and prototypes to showcase site functionality and appearance clearly - Generate original graphic designs including images, sketches, and tables - Present preliminary drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders - Identify and resolve UX issues like responsiveness - Make layout adjustments based on user feedback - Maintain style standards for fonts, colors, and images **Requirements:** - Previous Training or Internship experience - Proven track record as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role - Portfolio showcasing design projects - Familiarity with wireframe tools like Wireframe.cc and InVision - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and InVision - Knowledge of IOS, Android Designs, and standards - Team player with strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders - Excellent time-management skills **Benefits:** - 5 Days working - Healthy working environment - Flexible working hours **Qualifications:** - Bachelors (Preferred) *Note: The company is located in Noida Sector 62 and offers a Full-time position with a Morning shift schedule.*,
