Job Description

The Brihaspati Infotech Private Limited is looking for a UI/UX designer with 1-3 years of experience. As a UI/UX designer, your role is pivotal in enhancing a product's user experience. While UI and UX are distinct, the synergy between them is vital for the company's design choices. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. You will utilize storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to visualize design concepts. Designing graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, and widgets, as well as creating page navigation buttons and search fields, will be part of your tasks. Developing UI mockups and prototypes that effectively demonstrate the functionality and appearance of websites is also crucial. You will be expected to produce unique graphic designs and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. Identifying and resolving UX issues, implementing layout changes based on user feedback, and adhering to font, color, and image style guidelines are also essential aspects of the role. Location for this position is Mohali, and the required experience is 2-5 years. The interview process will be conducted face to face. This is a full-time, permanent position with day and morning shift schedules. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in UI/UX design.
