About Role:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX for web (SaaS) and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Develop and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and UI components.
Ensure pixel-perfect visual designs with a strong emphasis on typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
Work on motion graphics and micro-interactions (After Effects, prototyping tools).
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Translate complex workflows into simple, user-friendly interfaces.

Requirements & Skills:

0-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, color theory, iconography).
Strong portfolio showcasing web & mobile app designs (SaaS experience is a plus).
Proficiency in Figma, Sketching, Prototyping, and Design Systems.
Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie, etc.) is a plus.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
