About Us

• Work closely with the Product, Business, and Brand teams to craft emotionally engaging user journeys
• Design interfaces that feel intuitive, responsive, and delightful , with a pulse on social media behavior, cultural nuances, and emerging tech
• Use your knowledge of gamification and consumer psychology to drive deeper engagement and retention
• Translate ideas into UX specs, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes
• Lead interaction design, visual aesthetics, and micro-animations to bring our brand personality to life
• Use AI tools to enhance scale, speed up iterations, and personalize experiences
• Run usability tests, gather insights, and iterate continuously based on data and feedback
• Stay ahead of design trends, social media UX patterns, and AI design tools to shape the next generation of romantic digital experiences
  

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for B2C products, social platforms or gamified apps
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and mobile-first design thinking
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and tools across the Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated ability to design interactive flows, rapid prototypes, and conduct user testing
• Deep curiosity about consumer behavior, digital relationship psychology, and what makes people stay
• A builder’s mindset, ability to operate independently, take ownership, and push creative boundaries
• Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for usability, consistency, and visual harmony
• Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
