Responsibilities: Lead the brand’s visual design and aesthetics Ship image ads, lo-fi ads, and other visual content for all our brands Ability to make Statics, Gifs, Videos for Digital, Social and Offline mediums. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure that all visual materials align with our brand guidelines Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Requirement: Must Have 6+ years of experience in visual design, ad films, experience as an Associate Creative Director or similar role. Proficiency in proven and new-age design software and AI is a must Must know & be proficient in designing on Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator - PRO Level. (The candidate needs to know a good amount of premiere and after effects of animations.) Great with storyboarding - good design, colour sense and quick TATs. Good to Have Ul/UX design experience is a plus too. Print expert. Video Editing knowledge (Basic understanding of After Effects and Premier Pro is a plus). GIF and animation experience is a plus. Design/digital agency work experience is a bonus. Work experience in any platform based app, e-commerce is good.
