Job Description

  • Design intuitive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces that align with business goals and user needs
  • Translate wireframes, concepts, and ideas into pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI designs
  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure design accuracy in implementation (especially with Tailwind CSS).
  • Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and brand guidelines
  • Conduct UI audits and improve existing product interfaces for consistency and usability
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in UI design (web & mobile)
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
  • Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and grid systems
  • Experience or strong familiarity with Tailwind CSS (designing with utility-first frameworks)
  • Knowledge of UX principles and ability to collaborate with UX designers
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, color, and layout
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
