Key Responsibilities 

• Tyre Service & Maintenance:

   
• Conduct tyre inspection, pressure checks, tread depth measurement, and rotation as per guidelines. 
• Carry out puncture repairs, tyre fitting, balancing, and alignment support. 
• Identify and resolve tyre-related issues to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety. 

• TPMS Installation & Support:

   
• Install Fleeca Kawach (TPMS sensors) on commercial vehicles. 
• Perform troubleshooting and provide on-site technical assistance. 

• Fleet Operations Support:

   
• Monitor fleet tyre health and prepare service/inspection reports. 
• Support transporters, fleet operators, and drivers in understanding tyre maintenance practices. 

• Client Interaction & Training:

   
• Conduct awareness sessions for drivers/operators on tyre care and TPMS usage. 
• Maintain strong client relationships through quality service delivery. 

• Compliance & Safety:

   
• Follow company service SOPs and safety standards. 
• Ensure zero deviation from operational quality guidelines. 

Desired Candidate Profile 

• Diploma / ITI / B.E / B.Tech in

  Automobile, Mechanical, or related field

  . 
• 0–2 years of tyre service experience (freshers with skills can also apply). 
• Knowledge of tyre repair, fitting, rotation, and maintenance is preferred. 
• Strong problem-solving and field service skills. 
• Willingness to travel for field assignments in the region. 
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Local language).
