Position: Tyre Service Engineer Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Engineering Experience: Freshers can apply Candidates with prior experience in tyre services, automotive workshops, or commercial vehicles will be preferred Key Responsibilities: Perform tyre inspections and maintenance for commercial vehicles (trucks, buses, and LCVs) Assist in TPMS installation, monitoring, and maintenance Diagnose and solve tyre-related issues efficiently Provide on-site customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain service records and submit reports as required Support clients in tyre management and operational efficiency Skills & Competencies: Good knowledge of tyre types, pressure monitoring systems, and vehicle handling Strong problem-solving skills Basic computer skills for reporting Good communication skills in English and local languages Willingness to travel across Maharashtra as per work requirement Work Locations: Across Maharashtra – Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, and other cities Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and skills Incentives and performance-based bonuses Travel allowance for on-site visits Training provided on TPMS and tyre service techniques Training: Selected candidates will undergo a 7-10 day comprehensive training program to familiarize themselves with Fleeca’s processes and products.
