Position: Recruiter – Engineer Hiring Location: Panvel, Mumbai (Work from Office) Industry: Tyre Management / Automotive Services Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates (ITI/Diploma/B.Tech) for engineer roles PAN India Coordinate telephonic and face-to-face interviews Maintain database and daily recruitment trackers Coordinate with training and deployment teams Ensure timely offer roll-out and onboarding Use job portals, social media & references to build pipeline Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience Strong communication and follow-up skills Must be based in or near Panvel, Mumbai Experience in bulk hiring preferred Familiarity with technical profiles (Automobile/Mechanical) is a plus Salary: As per experience + Incentives
