You are invited to join TJC as a TV Planner in the dynamic and fast-paced live television retail environment. Your role will involve planning engaging and commercially successful show hours by utilizing available inventory effectively to achieve sales and revenue targets. Collaboration with various departments will be essential to ensure optimal product visibility, alignment with promotions, and successful execution of merchandising strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain daily TV show grids that use stock efficiently and align with sales targets and promotional campaigns. - Leverage stock data to select the right mix of products for each hour, creating high-impact shows that meet or exceed sales KPIs. - Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Commercial, and Marketing teams to synchronize show plans with business strategies, stock availability, and promotional priorities. - Analyze post-show performance data to identify successes, missed opportunities, and areas for improvement, refining future planning based on insights. - Anticipate upcoming trends, seasonal moments, and inventory shifts to proactively plan exciting show content in advance. - Ensure balanced exposure of new launches, bestsellers, and aging stock within the show plan to maintain customer engagement and manage stock flow. - React quickly and strategically to unexpected stock issues or changes in priorities, ensuring on-air continuity and commercial performance. **Key Skills & Experience:** - Sales-driven with a strong desire to achieve targets. - Previous experience in a planning, buying, or scheduling role, preferably in retail, TV shopping, or e-commerce. - Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to plan ahead. - Commercial mindset with the capability to interpret data and make actionable decisions. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively influence across departments. - Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with planning/scheduling software is advantageous. **Job Overview** - **Compensation**: 450000-500000 Yearly - **Level**: Job Level -3 - **Location**: Jaipur - **Experience**: 1-2 years - **Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in any field - **Work Mode**: Onsite - **Job Type**: Fulltime,
