We Are Hiring Service Engineer (Turning Machines) Location: Tumkur Rd, Peenya Phase-1, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560022 Working Days: 6 days a week Timings: 8:30 AM to 6:00 / 6:30 PM (Service Engineers need to be flexible) Primary Objective: To handle customer service operations for turning machines (not VMC/HMC) and ensure timely support, part arrangements, and coordination with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Arrange materials for warranty spares (only Turning Machines VTL/HTL). Generate order acceptances for warranty, transit damage, short supply, and goodwill cases. Prepare dispatch advice (DA) and coordinate timely dispatches to customers/regions. Raise PIRs (Purchase Requests) for warranty spare procurement. Follow up with the Purchase department to ensure timely spare delivery. Collect details for transit damage claims ; coordinate with accounts and insurance teams. Prepare MIS reports for warranty, transit damage, short supply, commissioning, and goodwill cases for all Turning Machine variants. Coordinate depot stock material requests and dispatch to respective locations. Liaise with design teams to collect required part lists and ensure spares are dispatched efficiently.
