Job Description

As a Sales, Service & Marketing Engineer at PMT Machines Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting marketing activities to enhance the brand visibility of precision machine tools. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, conducting product presentations, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotional activities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, market research, and client engagement. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. - Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. - Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and convert leads into confirmed orders. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities. - Track and report on sales performance and marketing effectiveness using CRM tools (Zoho). - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Service & Support: - Provide installation, commissioning, and calibration services for precision machine tools. - Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair to ensure optimal machine performance. - Conduct customer training sessions for machine operation and maintenance. - Manage AMC contracts and ensure timely service delivery. - Coordinate with internal teams for prompt resolution of customer issues and after-sales support. - Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related discipline preferred. - 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and service of precision machine tools or allied products. - Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines, grinders, turning machines, or related equipment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Experience with CRM software (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office. - Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, service calls, and marketing events. - Self-driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
