Preferred candidate profile Should be able to identify such products, which are feasible to execute through the existing/expanded infrastructure of the company and partially through sub-contracting, if required. Should be able to make business plans and have capabilities of executing the same involving design and engineering, if required. Should have communication skills to approach customers and consultants with such new products/ideas. Role & responsibilities 1) Knowledge of CNC, PLC, Conventional machines & EOT crane maintenance. i.e. CNC lathe, VMC, HMC, VTL, Horizontal Boring machine, Deep hole drill, EOT crane. 2) Ability to understand mechanical, hydraulic circuits and pneumatic circuit. 3) Machine spare drawing making from sample piece 4) Hands on experience in trouble shooting issues for defect resolution 5)Experience of plant maintenance activity. i.e. Machine history card update, Breakdown data entry, PM checklist hardcopy filling, spare maintaining (Critical/Consumable), Root cause analysis, Material indent raising & follow up. 6)Preparing cost estimation of Trunkey project work & Execution. 7)Incoming material quality checking & technical discussion with vendor. 8)Develop new vendor & follow-up for uptime in material supplying. 9)Knowledge about kaizen, cost control implementation, 5S & ISO documentation. Periodical checking m/c process and dimension inspection. Maintain production report, time log, m/c maintenance log sheet, dimension report. Entry in ERP & MES. Coordinate with other department for smooth work. Maintaining adequate levels of materials and supplies necessary for the machine shop's operations. Identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during the machining process. Working with other departments, such as engineering and production, to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
