Rough Machine Shop Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Assign tasks and monitor progress. Plan for extra load and adjust to meet the target.
• Maintain push & pull system and progress monitoring & feed next load centre.
• Overseeing the setup, operation, and maintenance of Rough Machine Shop, and ensuring the quality of machined parts.
• Meet the completion dead line, hand over the next load with correct jobs with dimension report.
• Monitor m/c and equipment performance to achieve best performance and maintain boring segregation at shop.
• Convey to operators about tolerance and manufacturing drawings requirement.
• Periodical checking m/c process and dimension inspection.
• Maintain production report, time log, m/c maintenance log sheet, dimension report. Entry in ERP & MES.
• Coordinate with other department for smooth work.
• Maintaining adequate levels of materials and supplies necessary for the machine shop's operations.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during the machining process.
• Working with other departments, such as engineering and production, to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensuring the quality of machined parts through inspection and adherence to quality standards.
• Ready to Shifting Duty
