Role & responsibilities Placement of vehicles as per days dispatch plan Preparation of Export Proforma Invoice as per detail received from Sales Dept. Booking of shipment with freight forwarder as per planning received from Sales Team & Buyer Preparation of Export Commercial Invoice & Packing list Co-ordination with plant for dispatch of export consignment Sending documents & shipping instructions to CHA for filling of shipment bill & approval of checklist Custom clearance supervision Follow up with FF for issue of BL (Shipping Instruction, Checking of draft BL, local charges invoice approval, booking & payment) Preparation of Certificate of origin & other shipping documents and get it issued with concerned agencies Sending draft shipping documents to customer to take approval Preparation of post shipping documents as per payment term. Submission of documents to bank for lodgement & dispatch of original documents to buyer (LC & DP) Dispatch of original documents directly to buyer after receipt of payment or in case of OD Follow-up with customer & sales team for shipping documents, shipment status & payment Tracking of shipments Checking of freight forwarder & CHA bills and submission to Exim Head Submission of export documents to bank for lodgement against payment (in case of advance & OD payment term) Follow-up/submission of documents with bank for payment credit, lodgement & dispatch of shipping document ERP operation - Invoicing MIS report preparation E-way bill preparation On-line submission of despatch document through portal DGFT and ICEGATE related work. Status of vehicles in transit Interplant materials movement Packaging as per dispatch plan Dispatch documentation mailed to customer after dispatch If anomaly is there, follow up shipping agent and get it rectified Placing packaging order after rate fixation if needed Placing transportation order after rate fixation Urge employees to follow safe procedures Urge employees to follow sound housekeeping Preferred candidate profile Satisfactory performance of Export Dispatch and related activities Import consignment and related activities Domestic Despatch Inward raw material movement Interplant logistics Within plant movement Vendor logistic (two way) Packing
