Job Description

Experienced and passionate operators with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in any of the following: EDM Spark Erosion VMC (Vertical Machining Center) CNC Lathe / Turning Machines Conventional Tool & Cutter Grinding Machine Candidates must have: Strong knowledge of machine drawings Hands-on experience with AutoCAD Ability to understand tolerances, fits, and finishes Preference given to candidates with knowledge of CAM programming (El-CAM, MasterCAM) Perks and Benefits: Salary as per industry standards Overtime and shift opportunities ESI, PF, Paid Leaves & Statutory Holidays Exposure to international standards & global client projects In-house R&D & training on advanced tools Responsibilities: Operate and set up EDM Spark Erosion , VMC , and CNC Turning/Lathe machines Interpret technical drawings and engineering blueprints Execute work as per design tolerances and finish requirements Collaborate with design and R&D teams for continuous improvement Operate with precision and adherence to strict quality standards Option to work in shifts and perform overtime as required Must Have: Sound understanding of machine drawing Experience with AutoCAD Knowledge of CNC programming (MasterCAM, El-CAM) a plus Familiarity with precision parts manufacturing environments
