Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure the timely availability of the correct tools and equipment required for various stages of medical device manufacturing. Ensure all tools and equipment meet quality standards and adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards, including those outlined in ISO 13485 for medical devices. Develop and implement tool room policies and procedures to optimize workflow, enhance efficiency, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. The CNC Wire EDM In charge is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and performance of CNC Wire EDM machines.
