Quality Control & Inspection: Conduct first-article and in-process inspections to ensure adherence to specifications. Utilize measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges . Maintain production and inspection records accurately. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve machining issues related to tool wear, programming errors, or machine malfunctions . Perform routine machine maintenance and tool changes. Safety & Documentation: Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a clean workspace. Maintain accurate logs of production data, maintenance activities, and quality checks .
