Job Objective:-Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring & improving CNC & VMC machining operations, Machine Shop production & overall performance in shifts.Key Role & Responsibilities:-Responsible for handling Manpower in a shift.Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.Responsible for Operator safety, Quality (Rejection & PDI), OEE, and Delivery.Responsible for fill rate and customer complaints.Responsible for improvement in Conversion Cost.Responsible for plant 5S.Qualification & Experience Required:-Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Machining(CNC/VMC).Experience handling aluminium automotive and non-automotive die-casting components machining and problem-solving.Experience with various CNC & VMC Machines from brands like Jyoti, Micromatic, and Greenfield.Exposure to siemens and Fanuc control systems.Independently able to change setups and offsets.Basic knowledge of CNC VMC programming.
