Key Requirements / Skill Sets:

Candidate with a Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics and a minimum of 5 years of experience in operating HMC, VMC, and Turning machines. Or Candidates with an engineering graduation (Mechanical) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC applications (HMCs, VMCs, and turning applications), are encouraged

Proficiency in manual programming using G-Codes and M-Codes.

Ability to perform conditional programming using Macro variables.

Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, and hands-on experience with at least one CAM software such as Sold Cam, Fusion, NX, or Master-Cam.

Strong expertise in operating Fanuc controllers, with additional experience in SIEMENS or HEIDENHAIN being an added advantage.

Proven track record in HMC, VMC, and turning operations, including setting up, programming, operating, and optimizing cutting parameters and quality parameters.

Familiarity with process capability and process analysis, providing an additional advantage.

Willingness to travel to different locations on short notice, in case of urgency, and ability to choose the most suitable mode of transport.

Strong adaptability to learn and work with new technologies, ensuring the delivery of desired outcomes as a top priority.

Proficient knowledge of work holdings and hydraulic fixtures

Thorough understanding of hydraulic circuits

Ability to identify and diagnose hydraulic components

Knowledge of GD&T and proficiency in various measuring methods is mandatory
