Job Description

We Are Hiring Service Engineer (Turning Machines)

Primary Objective:

customer service

Key Responsibilities:

Arrange materials for
warranty spares
(only Turning Machines VTL/HTL).
Generate
order acceptances
for warranty, transit damage, short supply, and goodwill cases.
Prepare
dispatch advice (DA)
and coordinate timely dispatches to customers/regions.
Raise PIRs (Purchase Requests)
for warranty spare procurement.
Follow up with the Purchase department
to ensure timely spare delivery.
Collect details for
transit damage claims
; coordinate with accounts and insurance teams.
Prepare
MIS reports
for warranty, transit damage, short supply, commissioning, and goodwill cases for all Turning Machine variants.
Coordinate
depot stock material
requests and dispatch to respective locations.
Liaise with
design teams
to collect required part lists and ensure spares are dispatched efficiently.

Job Prerequisites:

Education:
Diploma only (No B.Tech/BE candidates)
Experience:
2 to 6 years in
machine tool industry
, especially
Turning Machines
(VTL/HTL)
Gender:
Male (as per site/field requirements)
Location Flexibility:
Role based in
Bangalore
but
travel across India
may be required
Note:
Candidates may not reflect turning experience clearly in resumes
telephonic verification recommended

Skills Required:

Strong experience in
Turning Machines
(Vertical/Horizontal Turning only VMC/HMC not needed)
Exposure to
customer service
or
techno-commercial roles
Ability to handle
warranty, goodwill
