Job Description (JD) for the Machine Operator role at Vandewiele Savio India Private Limited : Freshers can also apply (Both Male & Female) Job Title: Machine Operator CNC / VMC / HMC / Turnmill Department: Production / Machine Shop Location: Vandewiele Savio India Private Limited, Thamaraikulam, Pollachi main road, Coimbatore Employment Type: Full-Time, Shift Basis (3 Shifts) Openings: 25 Operators Company Overview: Vandewiele Savio India Private Limited is a leading manufacturing unit operating advanced machining centers. We operate three shifts , including Turning & Turnmill Machines equipped with Fanuc and Mazak Controls . Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC, VMC, HMC , and Turnmill machines (Mazak & Jothi make). Interpret and work from engineering drawings, job instructions, and control documentation. Load/unload components and monitor machining operations. Perform basic setting, offset adjustments, and tool changes when required. Ensure parts are machined within specified tolerance levels and quality standards. Conduct basic inspection using measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge). Adhere to daily production targets and shift-wise output plans. Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S and safety procedures. Report any machine or quality issues to supervisors promptly. Required Skills & Experience: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related trade. 115 years of hands-on experience operating CNC / VMC / HMC / Turnmill machines. Familiarity with Fanuc and/or Mazak control systems. Ability to work in 3 rotational shifts. Understanding of machining parameters, tools, and material handling.
