Role Overview

We are seeking an MBA-oriented Content & Domain Specialist to develop structured, business-facing questions and answers across diverse management domains. This role requires strong English proficiency, logical reasoning, and working knowledge of technical file formats (TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, Markdown).

Key Responsibilities

• Frame business and strategy questions and answers in domains such as Financial Analysis, Business Intelligence, Government/Public Policy, Sports Analytics, and e-Commerce.
• Interpret and organize data/content using structured file formats (TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, Markdown).
• Ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all written outputs.
• Apply analytical reasoning to design case studies, scenarios, and structured business problems.
• Collaborate with other domain experts to align content with real-world business applications.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of MBA-relevant domains: finance, strategy, public policy, e-commerce, analytics.
• Strong first principle logical & analytical thinking
• Proficiency in handling structured file types (TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, Markdown).
• Excellent English language and grammar skills.
• Logical and analytical thinker with the ability to frame application-oriented questions.
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking.

Qualifications

• MBA (completed) OR a bachelors degree from tier-1 or tier 2 institutes (IIT/NIT/IIM/BITS/IIIT) with specialization in business, economics, commerce or management.
• 15 years of relevant experience in content development, business analysis, consulting, or domain-related projects.
• Prior experience in case study writing, academic content, or research assistance is a plus.

Offer Details:

• Commitments Required: 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
• Engagement type: Contractor assignment/freelancer (no medical/paid leave)
• Duration: 1 month.
