Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative

Salesforce Business Analyst

to join our team The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring successful Salesforce implementations that align with organizational goals and industry best practices

Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document detailed business requirements for Salesforce projects

Analysis & Documentation Analyze business processes and translate them into functional and technical specifications with comprehensive documentation

Solution Design Partner with Salesforce developers and architects to design scalable, effective solutions following Salesforce best practices

Configuration & Customization Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and settings; provide guidance to developers on customizations

Data Management Oversee data integrity, migration, and transformation, including mapping, cleansing, and validation

Testing & Quality Assurance Develop and execute test plans, conduct UAT, and ensure solutions meet functional and quality standards

User Training & Support Train end-users, develop training materials, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting

Change Management Drive change adoption by facilitating communication, training, and transition planning

Reporting & Analytics Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights

Integration Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems

Stakeholder Communication Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations

Compliance & Security Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements

Continuous Improvement Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry best practices, recommending enhancements and optimizations

Qualifications & Skills:

Master s degree in MCA

3-6 Month of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Salesforce projects

Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities, configuration, and customization

Familiarity with Salesforce clouds (eg, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)

Knowledge of data migration, integration tools, and APIs

Hands-on experience with reporting and dashboard creation

Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project documentation tools (eg, Confluence, JIRA), and testing methodologies

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst certification (preferred)
