Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, auditing, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the implementation of Deloitte's Cyber-DR framework.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience with VAPT tools and technologies is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
