Job Description

Manage the BOD and EOD support team, ensuring efficient and timely support for all Reatil servers.
Handle all exchange approvals, ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.
Collect and manage data required for Algo compliance, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Develop and maintain strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
Optimize and manage the infrastructure for all Retail setups, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement infrastructural improvements for enhanced efficiency.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in Algo trading technologies.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Algo-related issues.

Requirements

Good Understanding of Different OS(Linux,Windows server).
Knowledge of Networking (Stock Market Domain).
Experience in Trading Softwares (Odin, Greek, Utrade, Omnesys, XTS).
Experience in COLOCATION Management.
Knowledge of Exchange compliances.
Experience in customer support
Comfortable in Flexible working Hours.
