Job Description

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the Oracle HCM system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.
    • Implementation count between 2 - 3 and having played a role of lead or by supporting the lead functional consultant.
    • Min. 6 - 10 years of SAP SuccessFactors exp with end to end Implementation projects
    • SF certification with exp. and expertise in modules like Compensation and Variable Pay
    • Experience managing work streams and different teams
    • Provided requisite training and knowledge transfer to clients to achieve successful deployment and user adoption
    • Provided recommendations with half-yearly and periodic system updates
    • Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay

    Location and way of working

    • Base location: PAN India
    • This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
