Job Description

As a Manager in our

SAP

Team, you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

SAP ISU Professional should have:

Should have relevant experience of 7+ years of experience in SAP ISU.
Lead and deliver
SAP IS-U implementations, rollouts, and support projects
in the Indian domestic power sector.
Work on
key IS-U modules
:

Device Management (DM)

Customer Service (CS)

Billing & Invoicing (BI)

FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable)

Meter Reading & Energy Data Management

Configure and optimize
meter-to-cash processes
, including
new connections, billing, dunning, collections, and disconnections
.
Collaborate with stakeholders for
requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution mapping
.
Ensure compliance with
Indian power regulatory frameworks (CEA, SERC, CERC, DISCOM standards, tariff structures, subsidy handling, etc.)
.
Support
integration with non-SAP systems
such as MDMS (Meter Data Management System), CRM, GIS, and payment gateways.
Conduct
end-user training, UAT, and change management activities
.
Provide
expert advisory and solution enhancements
for operational efficiency in utilities projects.
Lead a small functional team, mentor junior consultants, and coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS, CPI).

Desired qualifications

Graduate degree (Science or Engineering).
Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Location and way of working

Base location: Kolkata
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud solutions.
Knowledge of other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP
