Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, auditing, and risk management, with expertise in Cyber Security, CST, GRC, and T&T.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
Conduct thorough audits and risk assessments to identify potential security risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure systems and processes.
Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures for timely and effective response to security incidents.
Provide training and awareness programs to employees on cybersecurity best practices and policies.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity, including new attack vectors and defensive strategies.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, and risk management principles and practices.
Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to cybersecurity, such as ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS.
