Job Description

Sr. IT/OT Security Lead

Location:

About the Role:

Sr. IT/OT Security Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve firewall access requests (CheckPoint & Palo Alto) in line with security policies.
Lead IT/OT segmentation, risk assessment, and remediation activities.
Evaluate cybersecurity controls and implement compensating measures.
Collaborate with IT/OT Security Architects and System Owners to operationalize security strategies.
Streamline automation workflows for firewall requests and documentation processes.
Support incident investigations and manage security exceptions.
Mentor engineers and analysts on process excellence and documentation best practices.
Track and report key cybersecurity KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in
Next-Gen Firewalls (CheckPoint, Palo Alto)
.
Deep understanding of
network segmentation, cybersecurity frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-53/82)
.
Experience with
automation systems
in regulated manufacturing (GxP, GMP).
Excellent
communication, stakeholder management
, and
problem-solving
skills.
Ability to work in a global, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree
in Computer Science, Information Security, or Automation Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Certifications:
ITIL Foundation (mandatory); GICSP, CISSP, 62443 Cybersecurity Specialist, or CompTIA Security+ preferred.
Experience:
5–10 years in cybersecurity, IT/OT architecture, and risk management.
