Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Manager in the Customer, CS&D department based in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the implementation of customer service and quality assurance processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
Provide training and coaching to team members on customer service best practices.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
Experience working with PMO or similar project management office environments.
Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with experience in managing customer complaints and issues.
