Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced TSP & Technology Sales Manager to lead our Technology Service Provider (TSP) partnerships and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technology sales, payment solutions, and strategic partnerships particularly in selling payment products or platforms to banks, fintechs, and system integrators.This is a senior leadership role that combines business development, partner management, and sales strategy with a strong focus on driving revenue growth through technology partnerships

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on acquiring and growing partnerships with Technology Service Providers (ISVs, SaaS platforms, PSPs, SIs).
- Identify, qualify, and close large, complex, and strategic partnership deals that drive revenue and market expansion.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial pitch to contract closure and go-live.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Legal, and Implementation teams for seamless onboarding and partner integration.
- Create strong value propositions and business cases that demonstrate ROI for partners.
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team focused on technology partnerships.
- Define clear goals, manage sales quotas, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Build a team culture based on accountability, collaboration, and achievement.
- Relationship & Partner Management
- Act as the senior point of contact for key TSP and strategic partners.
- Build and maintain C-level relationships to strengthen long-term collaboration.
- Work with partner management teams to co-develop go-to-market plans and ensure mutual success.
- Represent us at industry events, conferences, and partner forums as a thought leader in payments.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and regulatory changes (e.g., Embedded Finance, PayFac-as-a-Service).
- Gather market feedback to help shape product roadmaps and sales strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to leadership.
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline visibility through CRM tools.
- Manage departmental budgets and optimize sales efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards (e.g., PCI DSS, AML).
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of technology or financial services sales experience, focused on channel sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience with proven success in exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the payments industry including Payment Gateways, Merchant Acquiring, PSPs, or Embedded Finance.
- Experience in selling to or managing Technology Service Providers (ISVs, SaaS platforms, SIs).
- Excellent business and financial acumen to develop ROI-driven business cases.
- Prior experience in selling technology solutions to banks is a strong plus.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Ability to explain payment gateway architecture and APIs to technical stakeholders (CTOs, Product Heads).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and result orientation.
- Strong relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
