TSP & Technology Sales Manager

Role Overview: With over 15 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development by identifying, qualifying, and converting new enterprise opportunities in sectors such as BFSI, e-commerce, telecom, and fintech. You will also play a crucial role in technical and solution selling, as well as partnerships and ecosystem development. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with regulatory changes and market readiness, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and convert new enterprise opportunities in BFSI, e-commerce, telecom, and fintech sectors. - Collaborate with card networks, processors, banks, and device OEMs to expand TSP ecosystem and capabilities. - Engage with internal product and compliance teams to shape region-specific tokenization offerings (e.g., RBI tokenization mandate). - Stay updated on regulatory changes (PCI-DSS, RBI, EMVCo standards) and educate prospects on compliant deployments. - Work with legal and solution architects on proposals, SoWs, and commercial agreements. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of achieving enterprise sales targets with technical products. - Strong knowledge of API-based solutions, SDKs, and integration models. - Familiarity with PCI-DSS, EMVCo tokenization, and RBI card data protection guidelines (India-specific). - Ability to work in a cross-functional, geographically distributed team environment. Note: The job is full-time and requires graduation as a mandatory qualification. The work location is in Mumbai with the mode being work from the office during general shifts for 5 days a week.,
