Job Description

As a Sales Executive, your role involves developing productive working relationships with project customers/dealers and selling win/win business plans. You will act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Expanding Project sales Network - Achieving project expansion targets by appointing new dealers - Conducting Market Mapping - Tracking competition information such as price, new product launches, etc. - Ensuring product displays and merchandise display - Achieving Sales Target - Meeting area business targets (channel and category wise) for Project Sales & Collection - Submitting balance confirmations from project partners after completion of every quarter - Executing Promotions - BTL and supporting marketing by ensuring proper display placements - Collecting all receivables as per commercial terms & conditions of the Company - Implementing project-related activities such as promos and launches - Assisting management in planning forthcoming products and special promotions - Recording sales and order information and reporting the same to the sales department **Other Responsibilities:** - Monthly submission of Sales MIS and channel claims - Ensuring compliance with Orient Electric B2B policies - Tracking stock movement and status of all stock - Conducting product trainings for site electricians, channel sales staff, and Business influencers (Builders/Contractors) - Generating leads through site visits - Encouraging Channel partners to adopt digital initiatives to enhance business productivity If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for a more comprehensive understanding of the role.
