As an applicant for the position, your role will involve meeting Sales & Development targets by effectively implementing area sales plans. You will be responsible for developing sales forecasts for all categories based on trends, as well as devising channel sales strategies in consultation with your Manager. It will be your task to define the allocation of sales targets to different territories, plan for distribution expansion, and manage stocks and logistics for the assigned area. Additionally, you will need to ensure timely settlement of distributor claims, retention of agreed ROI, and execution of sales strategies to achieve targets through market analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Meet Sales & Development targets by implementing area sales plans effectively - Develop sales forecasts for all categories based on trends - Devise channel sales strategies in consultation with Manager - Define allocation of sales targets to different territories - Plan and achieve distribution expansion as per budget plans - Ensure timely settlement of distributor claims - Retain agreed ROI for distributors - Implement sales strategy through market analysis - Develop distribution strategy aligned with changing channel mix - Monitor manpower availability at DBs and highlight deviations to Manager - Track and execute distribution expansion by town class, OL type, and category - Execute distributor MIS packages and ensure compliance with timelines - Build trust and relationship with Modern Trade and Company - Collaborate closely with Regional Trade Marketing/Key Account teams - Execute promotions, exhibitions, sampling, and in-store activities in Key A/Cs - Plan new product launches based on category and distribution objectives Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate (MBA preferred) - Experience: 3-5 years in General Trade from FMCG industry - Good understanding of MS Excel - Ability to read and understand data Please note that the company details were not provided in the job description.,
