a-Base: Patna, Area Covered- Arwal, Aurangabad, Bhojpur, Buxar, Gaya, Jehanabad, Kaimur, Lakhisarai, Nalanda, Nawada, Patna, Rohtas, Sheikhpura.

b.Base: Muzaffarpur- Begusarai, Darbhanga, Gopalganj, Madhubani, Muzaffarpur, Pashchim Champaran, Purbi Champaran, Samastipur, Saran, Sheohar, Sitamarhi, Siwan, Vaishali.

c.Base: Purnia/Bhagalpur: Area Covered-Araria, Banka, Bhagalpur, Jamui, Katihar, Khagaria, Kishanganj, Madhepura, Munger, Purnia, Saharsa, Saharsa, Supaul.

2- Jharkhand

a- Base: Ranchi, Area Covered-CHATRA, EAST SINGHBHHOM (JAMSHEDPUR), GARHWA, GUMLA, HAZARIBAGH, LATEHAR KHUTI, LOHARDAGGA, PALAMU, RAMGARH, RANCHI, SARAIKELA, SIMDEGA, WEST SINGHBHOOM (CHAIBASA)

b- Base: Dhanbad, Area Covered - BOKARO, DEOGHAR, DHANBAD, DUMKA, GIRIDIH, GODDA, JAMTARA, KODARMA, PAKUR, SAHIBGANJ

No of positions : 5

Experience: 3yrs to 12 yrs

Industry required: Building material only (Bathware, Adhesives, Paint, Ceramic,Tiles, Construction Chemicals,Putty White Cement etc.)

Key Responsibility:

Having exposure of channels sales and handling dealers/distributor

Technical Skill :

1) Hands on experience in managing distribution & channel sales

2). Knowledge of market research & market mapping

3) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word and Excel

Sales planning & execution

1. To achieve the sales target (category wise) of the assigned territory & implement plans/corrective actions to achieve targets.
2. To increase the depth & breadth of distribution by effective implementation of RREP 1 & RREP 2 targets.
3. To maintain the retail data base & conduct daily visits to the retail counters.

Sales & market development

1. To develop the secondary sales market & meeting the retailers on daily basis.
2. To achieve the secondary sales target of the assigned territory & implement plans/corrective actions to achieve targets.
3. To work jointly with the distributors sales person to ensure appropriate retail support.

Debtor management

1. To follow-up with channel finance team for opening and approval for account for new & existing dealers/distributor.
2. To coordinate/follow up with the distributor for timely payment.

Brand positioning/Market Mapping

1. To increase brand awareness of products by executing branding & sales promotion activities like In shop Meets, Dealer - Distributor Meets.
