Experience : 3+ years of experience in programming Siemens PLCs and HMIs. Hands-on experience with Siemens automation software (TIA Portal, STEP 7, WinCC). Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., PROFIBUS, PROFINET, MODBUS). Familiarity with drives (e.g., SINAMICS), servo motors, and motion control. Understanding of PID control loops and process automation. Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
