Product Support Capital Market (Unix, SQL)

As a Client Support Analyst at FIS, you will be part of the Securities Finance and Processing team under the Capital Markets Trading and Processing group. You will play a crucial role in providing support for the FIS Solutions, addressing functional issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a consistent level of quality service. Your responsibilities will include: - Identification and validation of issues - Documenting client calls and emails in the universal call tracking database - Providing L1 and L2 functional application support - Prioritizing and escalating open items - Researching and resolving issues - Coordinating with internal teams as necessary - Responding to client questions via email and phone - Utilizing tracking system to document client issues - Providing case status updates to clients - Analyzing and resolving complex problems in a team environment - Developing good working relationships with clients and internal teams - Documenting common client issues to create standardized solutions - Assisting with off-hour support - Escalating client application issues to Support Manager as necessary - Assisting clients in the implementation of new system features - Participating in DR activities with clients on weekends as needed You should have: - Minimum 5 years of experience on CX support - Strong understanding of Capital Market domain - Experience in level2 functional support and interaction with clients - Knowledge of tools like Team Support, Jira, Service Now - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Degree or equivalent qualification In addition to the technical skills, you should possess strong communication skills, be fluent in English, and have the ability to handle client interactions effectively.
