Treasury Operations

You will be joining the Market Operations team at Citicorp Finance India Ltd (CFIL), working closely with the CFIL Operations head and supporting the Market Business team. Your role will involve handling core operational activities, collaborating with business to launch new products, ensuring compliance with regulations and Citi policies, and driving strategic automation initiatives for operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Work on day-to-day operational activities assigned by team leads - Collaborate with business to launch new products and enhance customer experience - Deliver on global market operations goals, focusing on productivity and control environment - Ensure adherence to regulations and Citi policies, highlighting risks and implementing necessary actions - Drive automation of manual reports and processes, focusing on operational efficiency - Assist Market Ops head in strategic automation agenda for efficiency and quality delivery - Establish a robust Risk and control governance mechanism for key risk indicators - Implement regional system for process standardization and control benchmarking Organisational Transformation: - Work on key strategic projects to meet organizational goals - Support strategic platform re-engineering initiatives to standardize processes and reduce manual touch points - Drive initiatives for improving STP rates and productivity using robotics and innovative techniques Qualifications: - Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience - Strong project management skills and Fin-tech mindset - Creative, confident, and professional with high levels of drive and ambition - Self-driven with a passion for generating ideas and developing new skills - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Adept at managing senior stakeholders and multiple deliverables effectively - Uphold high business ethics and standards If you require a reasonable accommodation due to a disability to use our search tools or apply for a career opportunity, please review Accessibility at Citi.,
