Job Description

As a Treasury Manager at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Working knowledge of Treasury, Banking, Forex, Treasury Compliance, and Commodity hedging. - Preparing proposals, term sheets, Information Memorandum, and compiling other necessary information for fund raising. - Monitoring and managing the organization's bank relationships and liquidity. - Analyzing various scenarios, risks, and reporting to senior management. - Forecasting medium and long-term funding and hedging requirements. - Daily cash management. - Debt facilities management. - Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies. - Foreign exchange risk management and development of mitigation strategies. - Preparing management and board reports. - Designing key treasury processes for front-end and back-end activities. In order to excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Understanding and experience of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow, and various financial instruments. - Sound understanding of accounting principles. - Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments, and debt instruments. - Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. - Appropriate handling of sensitive information. - Excellent time management skills. - High level of attention to detail. - Strong client relationship management and customer service skills. - Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties. - Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages. Please note that a Master's degree in Business Administration with 7-10 years of industry experience is required for this position. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality and error-free work will be crucial in this role.,
