Responsibilities : Financial Strategy & Planning Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth. Lead and drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Be at the forefront of strategic initiatives with financial insights and analysis. Regulatory Compliance & Governance Ensure 100% compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE and all such regulations. Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies Stay updated on changes in financial and brokerage regulations. Financial Operations & Reporting Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including cash flow and liquidity management. Lead financial reporting and ensure accuracy in financial statements. Implement strong internal controls and risk management frameworks. Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure operational efficiency. Foster a high-performance culture and drive financial best practices. Collaborate with leadership to align financial goals with business strategy. Audit & Risk Management Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent financial risks. Coordinate audits and ensure timely financial reporting. Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Systems, Processes and Controls Implement robust systems and processes for a high growth and regulated business Develop robust controls through systems and processes Work closely with the technology team to validate processes, ensure systems and outcomes are fully compliant with regulations. Develop a zero error and 100% compliant environment Stakeholder & Investor Relations Manage and nurture relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders. Present financial reports and strategies to the board and executive team. Qualifications : CA (Chartered Accountant). Prior experience in top Indian retail broking firms. Strong understanding of SEBI, NSE, and BSE regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in financial software, and data-driven decision-making. We are hiring for Senior Manager- Enterprise Risk Management role for Mumbai location. Please find below Job Description. Job Purpose To work towards the objective of improving processes related to risk controllership and operational Risk activities Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare the Risk management committee (RMC) by compiling information from entity wide stakeholders within agile timelines. Check all the data provided by various stakeholders for accuracy for presentation to the Board. 2. Prepare the dashboards for ERM/Risk function for presentation to RMC. 3. Implement, track and report the ERM framework deliverables, policies and processes. 4. Perform control testing for ERM KRIs on a monthly basis from process. Perspective and prepare mitigation plans for prevention of future occurrence. 5. Identify non-adherence to defined procedures and processes 6. Partner with business/functional teams on evaluating and rectifying the process gaps, review and preparation of process notes. 7. Regular controllership deliverables Partner analysis, Insurance analysis for the entity which are key activities. 8. Conduct the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing assessment for the entity and follow up for closure of gaps identified. 9. Provide data for all audit requirements and ability to explain and cater to audit queries. 10. Understands key economic data and is able to provide strategic insights on upcoming macroeconomic events. Required Qualification - MBA/CA Technical Competencies - Understanding of financial statements (Accounts, systems etc.), proficiency in Microsoft office tools (specially excel and PowerPoint).
