Conduct regular visits to multiple store locations to audit operationsand provide hands-on support.
Train, guide, and motivate store teams to achieve sales and customerservice targets.
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) acrossall assigned stores.
Analyse performance metrics and take corrective actions to improveproductivity and profitability.
Act as the primary liaison between stores and corporate teams toensure smooth communication and execution.
Support new store openings, staff onboarding, and temporaryperformance interventions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandisingstandards, and safety regulations.
